This workshop looks at developing the skills and knowledge to provide coaching and feedback from remote locations, gaining buy in and commitment without sacrificing performance.
Training Overview
In this module we look at the current reality of coaching others. Participants will take part in a discussion regarding building Trust and how it impacts their current work situation. The session then focuses on the coaching process using a framework that can be applied to performance improvement employee career aspirations and business continuity planning discussions. The session provides an opportunity to build knowledge and skill in developing Coaching agreements with employees to shift responsibility to the individuals.
